Who we are
casinonile was founded by a small group of iGaming industry analysts and long-time players based between Cairo and Dubai. We got tired of "top casino" lists written by people who had clearly never deposited a pound at the sites they praised — so we started testing them ourselves and publishing what we found.
How we work
Every casino we review goes through the same protocol, from an Egyptian IP address, on both desktop and mobile:
- Real deposits. We fund every account with our own money, through the payment methods an Egyptian player would actually use — Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, local cards, crypto.
- Timed withdrawals. We cash out from every casino and time the process to the minute. Payout speed is the single most weighted factor in our Egypt Score™.
- Arabic support checks. We contact support in Arabic with genuinely difficult questions and record how fast — and how well — they answer.
- Quarterly retests. Bonuses, terms and payment options in this market change constantly. Rankings are re-verified every quarter and the page shows its last update date.
Of the 42 casinos we tested for the 2026 ranking, 33 failed at least one dealbreaker and were excluded — we publish the full rejection list with reasons. Only the remaining ten appear on our main ranking.
How we make money
Like almost every comparison site, we earn a referral commission when readers sign up through links on our pages. Two things about that, stated plainly: commissions never change a casino's test results or its position in our ranking, and a casino cannot pay to be listed — 33 brands that would happily have paid us are not on this site because they failed testing.
